Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

I earned my Bachelor of Social Work in 2013, Master of Social Work in 2014, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2021. My experience spans academic, healthcare and outpatient counseling settings, giving me a broad perspective on the many factors that can influence our well-being.

I strive to make therapy feel approachable, relatable, and comfortable. You don’t have to have the “right” words or know exactly what you need before we begin. We can figure it out together.

My approach

I support teens and adults as they deepen their understanding of themselves, recognize patterns in how they think, feel, and respond, and work toward changes that help them feel more grounded and confident.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I provide trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to your goals, needs, and preferences. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to offer support, perspective, and practical tools along the way.

I also take a whole-person approach, recognizing the connection between our mental and physical well-being. When helpful and aligned with your preferences, we may incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, or movement-based practices, including yoga.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, develop greater self-compassion, and build tools that support meaningful change.
