I primarily meet with clients in person at my office in Norman, Oklahoma. Telehealth may also be available when it makes sense for your needs and circumstances. We can discuss which option is the best fit when scheduling your first appointment.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to get from counseling.

Sessions are typically 55 minutes long, though shorter sessions may be appropriate depending on your needs and circumstances.

Yes. I am in-network with several insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, HealthChoice, Healthcare Highways, UnitedHealthcare, and WebTPA. If I am in-network with your plan, I can bill your insurance directly. If I am out-of-network with your plan, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on the specific benefits and coverage provided by your individual plan.

Absolutely. You can choose to pay for counseling out of pocket, whether you don’t have health insurance or simply prefer not to use your insurance.
